RETURN POLICY

In AIMAE™ we don't make REFUNDS. EXCHANGE OR CREDIT CODE ONLY.

Return Process

  1. Notice must be sent to support@aimae.com within 14 days of receipt of shipment for any issues or concerns with merchandise.
  2. We don't accept returned items that were sent back by you directly without checking with us first.
  3. AIMAE™ is not responsible for shipments without prior notice to our support department.
  4. The return address is not the same as the one on the purchase receipt.
  5. Domestic customers and International customers are financially responsible for shipping the item back to the address provided by our support department for the exchange, as well as for shipping the exchanged item back to their respective country. 
  6. The customer must send the shipment tracking number to our department.
  7. The item will go through an inspection process to be able to make the change.
  8. The support department will be contacting you to process the exchange of the item for one of your selection.
  9. Final sale on items 50%off or more discount.

Return Conditions

  1. Items must be in their original packaging, in as-new condition with both the printed receipt and return form when returned.
  2. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
  3. The item must have the information tag in order to process the history of that item.
  4. We do not offer Freight To Collect (FTC) service for the packages returned to us. The returns will be made at your own cost, unless a mistake is made by AIMAE™. 

Non-Returnable Items

    1. Final sale on items 50%off or more discount.
    2. Not having the information label with which the item originally arrived to the customer could be a reason for not being able to return and exchange the item.
    3. If the change process was worked within the days stipulated in our policy, but it was sent 7 days later. The item(s) will be automatically re-sent to the customer.
    4. We do not accept a returned item that has been worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way.
    5. Free gifts cannot be returned or exchanged.
